Birthday Parties
When you book a birthday party with us at Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre the only thing you need to do is send the invitations and bring the kids. We will organize everything and even clean up all the mess so you can enjoy a stress-free party with your children.
We offer Gymnastics, Mini Stars parties. Our party hosts will run the day for you, including room set up, equipment, games and pack up. We strive to give the kids a party experience that will keep them talking about it for days to come. Gymnastics Parties suitable for ages 5 – 12 years old and Mini Stars suitable for ages 1 – 5 years old.
Party Zone
Our party room serves as the hub for your celebration. Have your guests arrive in our party room. Once everyone is ready our hosts will take your group to the activity area (Gymnastics Hall or Stadium).
The qualified hosts will bring the fun with games, activities and challenges.
Half way through the party the group will visit the party room for a quick rehydration and snack then head out for the second round of fun.
Please note that we do not offer catering for birthday bookings, but you are welcome to bring your own food and drink. (No Alcohol)

Party Information
Party bookings are 2 hours in length with an additional 15 minutes prior and after the session time to allow for the host family to arrive and pack up.
Your party will begin by meeting your hosts in the Party Zone. Your group will them move into either the HGA Gymnastics Hall or Stadium. Your party hosts will run a number of games and activities. Halfway you will return to the Party Zone for a drinks break. While you take a pause our team will reset the space for the second half of activities.
Saturday 1.00pm – 3:00pm (new start times active from August 1st)
Sunday 9:30am – 11:30am (limited Sports party dates available)
Public Holidays
Please note that weekends accompanying public holidays may not be available.
Requirements
- Minimum of 16 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 22.
- All participants must be 6 years or older for Gymnastics or Courts Parties
- Please ensure you and party guests arrive 10 minutes prior to the party start time.
Fees
- $380 for 17 children (16 Guests + 1 Birthday Child).
- $14 per extra child after 17.
- A deposit of $71.25 (non-refundable) and full payment prior to commencement of the party is required. (This is the equivalent to the booking of 3 children)
- The account must be fully paid 7 days prior to the event date.
- You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending.
