Our 12 x 20m state-of-the-art gym offers cardio, strength and weight areas to provide you with everything you need to find your space and work on your goals.

Group Exercise Studio

Feel motivated and energised with a group exercise class. Our studio hosts 30 classes per week ranging from yoga to cardio and strength.

Cycle Studio
