At Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre we offer a range of gym facilities and exercise programs to help our community get active. Starting small and adding activity to your day has many health and wellbeing benefits.

Fitness Facilities
We offer a wide variety of health and exercise facilities ensuring there is something for everyone to support you on your health and wellbeing journey.

Group Exercise
Group Exercise classes are a great social way to help build your confidence and accountability, our classes foster a great community environment that makes you feel welcome, excited and keeps you coming back for more.

Les Mills
We offer both Les Mills Body Pump, and Body Balance classes. Body Pump is a strength focused full body workout, utilizing low weight and high repetitions. Body Balance is a class which combines Yoga, Tai-Chi, and Pilates, designed to improve Core Strength, and overall wellbeing.

Teen Gym
Participants aged 12 to 16 are welcome to use the gym on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm, under the supervision of our fully qualified fitness instructors.
