Health Club
Our Health Club is equipped with all you need to improve your health and fitness.
Adelaide Hills Recreation Centre offers a wide variety of fitness classes and personal training.
A qualified Gym Instructor is always available to assist you with any fitness/workout related enquiries and are more than happy to book you in for a program update or fitness appraisal at your convenience.
13 to 16 year olds
On Monday and Wednesday at 4pm - 5pm, 12 to 16 year olds can use the gym under the supervision of fully qualified fitness instructors.
